Account security is the sole responsibility of the registered account holder. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.
9995bet reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage. This process may require you to submit a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 9995bet may result in account suspension and a hold on pending withdrawals until the verification process is completed satisfactorily.
9995bet processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no hidden currency conversion fees — your account balance is always displayed and transacted in BDT. The minimum deposit amount across all accepted payment methods is ৳200. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law.
